While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things happen. If you receive a defective item, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. Simply initiate the process within seven (14) days of receipt, and we will either exchange the item if it is in stock or provide you with a store credit. Please note that all sales are final on all other items.

For returns, we kindly ask that you contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

When it comes to shipping, we want to ensure that your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. We offer trackable shipping services and recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
